As for the transfer fees, our members receive $25 per gun and $10 each additional within the same transfer, which is around what you are accustom to. Additionally, we package our firearms sales with range, membership and educational opportunities as well to offset any appearance of unjust pricing. We have been researching our pricing structure and have recently made many adjustments to be more competitive-most of which in the case of our firearms. It is most valuable for our business to get everyone’s perspective and I truly appreciate the time and fairness you invested in this. In businesses when the majority of the staff act a certain way it is usually a direct reflection of the management. In summary the facility is nice but the staff could use some work. I understand they are there for safety and have authority on the range but they could be nicer. Don't know that for sure but just my opinion. IMO the reason they are so quick to sweep up the brass is because they sell used brass. I've been able to recover about 30-40% of my brass. Also what doesn't go over the firing line bounces around and ends up mixed in with the other shooters brass to be swept up by the R.O. Good idea in theory but what bounces out past the firing line is gone forever. I asked about this before entering and was told to let the range officer know I wanted to keep my brass.
If you reload don't expect to get much of your brass back. The range is very, very nice and state of the art. They tend to have this I know everything I am Lord of this empire complex which can be very off putting especially to someone new to shooting. well I've met nicer people at the DMV if that tells you anything. That being said one or two are actually pretty nice people and you can carry on a conversation about the products you are interested in. If you do stay around long enough to talk to any of them you will find that most of them are pretty knowledgeable (not to be confused with nice).

Again I'm sure they are trying to be helpful but you may want to give your employees a soft skills class on how to deal with people. I get the sense that they are vultures watching as I casually look through the merchandise. They are adequately staffed and I'm sure in an attempt to be helpful they will "harass" you. This is after all money paid to them just to fill out a paper and send it in.
Web site says 50 after doing more research but even 50 is ridiculous compared to the 25-30 dollars I'm used to at most stores. I asked about transfer fees and was told that they are 75 dollars. This translates, unfortunately, into higher prices on there firearms and accessories.
It looks like a high end department store on the inside compared to your normal worse for wear gun shop. This review is rather lengthy but bear with me and check it out if you want to know more about this facility. I have made a few trips here and left disappointed every time. I also don't want to discourage anyone from going to check it out for their self as this is just my experience and hopefully I was just there on a few bad days. I leave this review not to try and rip on the business but in hopes that management can fix some issues.
